What you will do:

What you need:


High school diploma OR GED

Airframe and Powerplant license

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations

Prefer 2 years B727 or DC-8 or B767 Line Maintenance experience.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing

What you will do:

This position will perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements, in estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Position also will perform typical maintenance actions including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flight controls. In addition this position is responsible for completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts ISW with customer and/or repair station guidelines.

Additionally you will Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing company logbooks or customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the production supervisors.

What you need:


High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe and Powerplant license

Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems

Working knowledge of computer based applications

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations Aircraft maintenance Manual, Overhaul Manuals, Servicer Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Illustrated Parts Catalogues and Structural Repair Manuals.

Excellent written and oral communication skills


Preferred Job Skills:


Prior hands on experience in a heavy maintenance Transport or Regional Jets environment

Prior experience at a FAR 145 repair station

Prior experience on Boeing 737 Classic & Next Generation Aircraft

Ability to bend, crawl, twist, and other positions and sustain the position for extended period of time

What you will do:


This position will perform structure maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours, and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret blueprints, Structural Repair Manuals; Illustrated parts Catalog, service bulletins and engineering orders to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged structural components. In addition this position will document all maintenance actions in accordance with Airborne, customer, and FAA guidelines. This position is also responsible to Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing logbooks, Airborne, and customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the Production Supervisors.  

What you need:


High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe license

Working knowledge of aircraft construction and repair principles.

Working knowledge of computer based aircraft maintenance software

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFT Part 145 repair station operations.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing.

JOB SUMMARY
 
The Custodial/Maintenance Assistant (PT) keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition.  Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.  Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying the Facility Manager of need for repairs of equipment and or building.  You will also assists in the completion of current and preventive maintenance for Hope Ministries’ buildings, grounds keeping, accordance with Hope Ministries’ Core Values, Statement of Faith and Mission Statement. The Custodial/Maintenance Assistant is accountable to, and reports to, the Facilities Manager.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in a spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance with all other staff members of Hope Ministries and its subsidiaries.
Work as an integral part of a facilities management team:

        o        Evaluate processes continuously and make recommendations to Facilities Manager for changes.
        o        Evaluate routes and duties to maximize efficiencies.

As assigned by the Facilities Manager, complete tasks and projects involving general facility cleaning.

            1.      Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping flooring and stairs
            2.      Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
            3.      Maintain and order supplies.
            4.      Maintain custodial equipment in a clean, safe operable condition.
            5.      Coordination and teamwork with building maintenance staff.


Participate in the spiritual growth and Christian instruction of those whom Hope Ministries serves. This can include (but is not restricted to) personal mentoring, the sharing of Scripture and Biblical encouragement, and praying with program participants. This may be in a structured setting (i.e., a classroom or chapel), or unstructured, with individual clients as the need arises.
